Password Reset

In this article, you will learn to reset your password should you have forgotten it or wish to change it.

Circumstance 1 - You Forgot Your Agency Level Password

Open a support ticket with your apps service provider and they will change your password.

Circumstance 2 - Reset Your Password

Method 1 - Agency Dashboard

Step 1

Settings > User Settings > Change Password > Fill out fields > Update Password

Method 2 - Agency Team Management

Step 1

Settings > Agency Team Management > Find Account > Edit

Step 2

Password > Enter New Password > Save
