Calls & Voicemail Drop Events

In this article, you will setup a call and voicemail event. If the person you are calling does not pickup, it will automatically drop a pre-recorded message of your choice.

What you will need:

1. Active Twilio Number On Your Account
2. A pre-recorded and properly formatted audio file for your voicemail message.

Step 1

From your dashboard, go to Marketing > Campaigns > Create Campaign (button)

Step 2

Click on "Add Event"

Step 3

Click on "Call" > Fill out your whisper message > Save

Step 4

Click on "Add Event"

Step 5

Click on "Voicemail" > Add the voicemail drop > Save

Step 6

Name your campaign > Click on "Draft" > "Activate"
