Zapier Zap Isn't Working!

In this article we will troubleshoot your Zap should it not be working.

Consider this scenario

This is an instance where your fields were not properly mapped. Improper mapping is the most common error in Zapier.

Your mapping may look similar to this:

Notice how multiple fields from the trigger are mapped to the same field in the action. In this case, "Name", "Email", and "First Name" is mapped to the "First Name" action field. 

Proper mapping will look like this:

Simply make sure that "First Name" is mapped to "First Name", etc.
